Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and effective working relationship, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your real estate needs and circumstances.

  • Respond in a timely manner to communications and requests for information.

  • Work collaboratively with ZenVest Property throughout the service engagement.

  • Make prompt decisions and approvals to facilitate progress.

  • Abide by all relevant laws and regulations related to property transactions.

Our service fees will be detailed in a separate agreement between ZenVest Property and the Client. All applicable charges will be clearly communicated before proceeding.

 

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.

 

Disclaimer

ZenVest Property makes every effort to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients; however, we cannot guarantee the success of any real estate transaction. External factors such as market conditions, regulatory changes, and third-party involvement may influence results.

 

Limitation of Liability

ZenVest Property will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the extent permitted by law.

 

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and transactional information. We will not share your details with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law or necessary to fulfill our obligations.

 

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria. Any legal disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria.

 

Agreement Scope

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and ZenVest Property consulting pty ltd, superseding any previous discussions or understandings regarding our services.

 

Modifications to Terms

ZenVest Property reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

Severability Clause
